They are urgently looking for an experienced ATM Service Delivery Coordinator – ATM to join their National Customer Services Team. The Services Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the operational delivery of Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) Services to Banking Customers. They will be tasked with the recruitment and ongoing management of the ATM Services team. They will also serve as the subject matter expert for the ATM services practice within the organisation and will manage all commercial, customer relationship, internal and external resource management and P&L aspects of assigned projects and services. To be considered for this excellent new opening you should have :- The critical experience and qualification areas for the successful performance in the role are: Experience managing the provisioning of ATM services (ideal) A technical background with ATM systems (ideal) Management experience gained through operational or project management roles Must have demonstrated the ability to develop and foster long term customer relationships. At least 5 years managing professionals and technical staff Resource coordination experience Successful Business or project delivery experiences Proficiency with MS Office Suite Experience with managing sub-contractors.
