Our client is a market leading ICT service provider with its operations spanning the country, servicing both the public and private sector. As a result of their continued growth they now have a requirement for an experienced Solution Specialist to join their team of highly motivated IT professionals in their Brisbane based office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Pre-sales consultation across all infrastructure platforms with a focus on Vmware, virtual technologies and Citrix Consulting to key clients regarding potential improvements to their current infrastructure environments Working with clients on the implementation of end to end business infrastructure solutions Producing both technical and functional specifications Producing succinct solution reports for non technical business stakeholders Gathering business requirements from clients and ensuring that the end solution is delivered as per customer needs The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience working in similar consultancy roles with a pre-sales focus Demonstrated experience working in consultancy roles with clients in delivering infrastructure systems and improvements.
