We currently have a need for a IT Field Services Engineer in Brisbane CBD.This company has various business sectors and would provide the candidate with career development and training and with its 6000 plus strong workforce; this company will provide you with every opportunity to move upwards and onwards for the candidate with the right attitude and enthusiasm. The role is centre around Network/Server & Desktop operations to oversee the core IT Functions of the business. It will require the candidate to test, maintain/deploy and troubleshoot problems and document processes. The role will incorporate a strong sense of teamwork and the ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills of a broad range of IT Systems namely the below: System Development Life Cycle TCP/IP Networking LAN & WAN network technologies Server and Network operating systems Modern Computing and Storage technologies System integration Desktop and peripheral hardware Desktop operating systems (Windows) ITIL qualifications – highly desirable This role requires the ideal candidate to have a stronger focus on Client/Stakeholder relations and flexibility as some travel to sites will be required.
