This support position is focussed on the support of a large scale student administration system that is used by educational institutions across Australia. You will form an important component of the support function for this application, logging issues, troubleshooting issues, and following up escalated issues within the support system. This role is going to suit those who have: Prior experience supporting large applications (obviously people who have supported a student management/administration system will have a significant advantage); Excellent communication skills and a true understanding of customer service (good follow up, open and frequent communication etc.); Experience working in a phone and email based support environment.
