The Company: I established my one man business in 1995 and from the beginning only ever serviced blue chip/tier1 companies having enjoyed solid success in the recruitment of IT Professionals on a permanent or contract basis mainly providing technical staff from Mid Level to Senior Management positions. ERP/SAP, Oracle makes up approximately 85% the business. Being based in Bundall just south of Brisbane I currently handle assignments Australia wide and travel regularly to Sydney and Melbourne. The Opportunity: My business has now grown to the point that I am looking to take on board an IT Recruitment Consultant/Business Partner in Brisbane to accelerate the growth of the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to take control of their own future by becoming a business partner in an already established successful IT recruitment business. The Role: The work will involve business development including seeking out and building ongoing relationships with new clients. The main function of the role will be to obtain job specifications which will then be sent to Bundall office for advertising and candidate sourcing. Appropriate resumes will be sent to the Business Partner for candidate telephone or face to face interview prior to submission to clients. Upon successful placements candidate invoicing or contract administration will be handled by the Bundall office. The role as here described is the proposed way of getting started but this is flexible with the defined scope of work open to discussion with suitable persons interested. Initial discussions will take place over the telephone with a personal meeting to take place thereafter. Required Background: The ideal candidate will come from an IT recruitment background preferably having been involved with SAP and Oracle which are two of the most demanded areas. A successful track record working with blue chip/tier 1 companies and the determination to make your mark in an exciting growing area and a proven track record of achievement in the IT industry will be highly regarded.
