Well known across the country for the work they do in the construction and mining space. This large corporate is looking to expand on their current support team with a bright and switched on support specialist. You will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to the business across their Microsoft environment. This is a commercial environment and as such requires someone with a strong customer focus to support, maintain and improve the availability and use of IS systems for the business. In addition to your day to day support work you will also be involved in training and development. What makes a successful candidate? A strong customer focus, an aptitude to learn/solve and research new solutions coupled with a strong commercial awareness will make you stand out from the crowd Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Office 2003 Experience with printers and hardware (PC, Notebook, Switches etc) support Experience administering PABX systems would be highly regarded Due to the nature of the business and the role you will have a full drivers license and your own transport and intrastate travel will be required.
