The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the interface between the customer and all internal departments , and be a single point of contact for customer issues related to the delivery of Financial software solutions. Specific duties will include: Interface with the customer (both technical and management), internal developers, product managers, etc. Nurture the relationship with the customer. Manage a team of Developers and Business Analysts. Develop project Implementation plans. Integrate and align customer business requirements and internal strategies. Ensuring that the customer is happy with the overall service and that SLAs are and project plans are followed. Consult the client regarding their business needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Act as an escalation point for any service delivery issues, ensure all complex issues are solved in a timely manner. Skills required for this position include: Previous experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Customer Relationship Manager or Project Manager role. Previous experience within the Superannuation Industry. Strong people management ability. Leadership skills and ability to manage expectations of both clients and internal teams. Ability to work effectively with senior management. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
